In New Zealand, particularly in the scenic locales of Hawkes Bay, the shift towards more personalised and expressive interior spaces is palpable and to be honest, I am loving it as an Interior and Joinery Designer. In fact, I am working on a few right now that I cannot wait to share with you.

Here in Hawkes Bay, the trend is towards creating powder rooms that not only serve their purpose but also embody the homeowner's unique style and the region's penchant for sophisticated, yet bold interiors.

Wallpaper is making a huge comeback, with large, bold patterns and vibrant colors turning powder rooms into dynamic and visually striking spaces. Think oversized floral, abstract geometrics, or even whimsical motifs that tell a story and add a layer of personality and drama.
